Hair loss can be categorized into 3 different types as discussed below.
1. Chronic Telogen Effluvium
The first type of hair loss is known as chronic telogen effluvium which is common in a number of individuals. One can always notice thinning and bald spots which can be seen as patches on the scalp area. This type of hair loss is usually seen in women especially at the time of menstrual cycle as they loose blood during this period. 2. Androgenic Hair Loss
Androgenic Hair Loss is another type of baldness and starts with a patch from the front of the fore head and manages to extend to the top of the head. This is one condition of hair loss that is considered as related to genetic.
The fact is that if your parents suffer from this type of hair loss, it is likely that you too will suffer from this type of hair loss. Stopping this type of hair loss may be difficult for any one as it is related to genes but there are a number of factors that can in fact help one to overcome it.
